On the one hand, JJ Abrams has breathed exciting new life into both the Star Trek and Mission: Impossible franchises, but on the other hand Super 8 was a MASSIVE disappointment. Either way, guess we'll find out in Summer of 2015 what J.J. can do with the Star Wars universe. Here is the official release:

Scott Menville
Description
Scott David Menville (born February 12, 1971) is an American actor, voice actor and musician. He is best known for his voice work in animated films and television series.
Menville was born in Malibu, California. He is the son of television animator/writer Chuck Menville (1940–1992).
His first role came in 1979 in an episode of Scooby Doo and Scrappy Doo. He is perhaps best known as Robin on Teen Titans, Lloyd Irving on Tales of Symphonia, Freddy Flintstone on The Flintstone Kids (taking over the role from Lennie Weinrib) and Ma-Ti on Captain Planet and the Planeteers. He also voiced Jonny Quest on The New Adventures of Jonny Quest and Quicksilver on The Super Hero Squad Show.
Menville is also a musician. He was the bassist for the Southern California rock band Boy Hits Car, which released three albums until he left the band in 2006. He was with the band since their founding. Menville has also participated in non-voice acting roles. He appeared in Ernest Goes to Camp as Crutchfield, and had recurring roles on Full House as Kimmy Gibbler's boyfriend Duane, and on The Wonder Years as Wayne's best friend Wart.

Roger Craig Smith (Born August 11, 1975 in Orange County, California) is an American voice actor. He is also known as Roger C. Smith. He is generally known as the current voice behind Chris Redfield in the Resident Evil series, as Ezio Auditore da Firenze in the Assassin's Creed games, and as the current English voice of Sega mascot Sonic the Hedgehog.
Smith graduated from the Chapman University Dodge College of film and media arts in 2003 with a degree in screenwriting. In 2004, his screenplay, "Modesto Rules," was a semi-finalist in the Nicholl Fellowships in Screenwriting competition. Out of a record-setting 6,073 screenplays submitted, Smith's was one of only 132 to make it to the semi-finals. Since then, Smith has worked on projects for both the small and big screens.
Smith's voice work has been called upon by companies including Walt Disney Pictures and Television, Cartoon Network, Microsoft Game Studios, Sony, Wal-Mart, Baskin-Robbins, E!, TLC.. Rich Moore (born May 10, 1963) is an American animation director and a business partner in Rough Draft Studios, Inc., where he serves as Sr. Vice President of creative affairs. He is one of a handful of artists who in the early 90s redefined prime time television animation with his work on The Simpsons. His directing credits include The Simpsons, Futurama, The Critic, Drawn Together, Spy vs. Spy (for MADtv) and Baby Blues. He was also the supervising director on Futurama and The Critic, overseeing the creative production of both shows. His most recent work was sequence director on The Simpsons Movie and animation executive producer on the Futurama DVD movies. He studied animation at California Institute of the Arts. Rich has received two Emmy Awards, an Annie Award, and a Reuben Award for his directorial work.
Rich also served as a supervising director on the Fox television series Sit Down, Shut Up, which debuted in 2009. Most recently, Moore directed Wreck-It Ralph for the Walt Disney Animation Studios with a November 2, 2012 release date.
During his college years at CalArts, Rich narrated his friend Jim Reardon's student film Bring Me the Head of Charlie Brown.

Benjamin David "Jamie" Elman (born July 5, 1976) is a Canadian American actor best known for his leading roles of Cody Miller on YTV’s Student Bodies and Luke Foley in NBC’s American Dreams.
Born in New York City, Elman was raised in Montreal, Quebec where he began performing in plays such as The Children's Hour and Annie Get Your Gun before landing his first roles in TV (Are You Afraid of the Dark?) and film (Johnny Mnemonic). Elman graduated from McGill University with a BA in English.
He was part of the ensemble cast of the film Shattered Glass opposite Hayden Christensen and Peter Sarsgaard, and has guest-starred on numerous popular series including Crossing Jordan, Criminal Minds, Without a Trace, CSI: NY and The Closer.
